After a standout DEMA debut, the diver‑built platform doubles down on supporting independent dive shops with new discovery tools, partnerships, and education.


MELBOURNE, FL – November 20, 2025 – Coconut Breeze Media’s new platform, Coconut Dive Manage, wrapped its DEMA Show debut with strong early adoption and a clear message from the industry: dive shops are ready for tools built specifically for them.

Over the course of the show, more than 20 dive shops signed onto the platform, with many more in active conversations. Coconut Breeze Media is also now collaborating with tourism boards across the globe and major group travel providers to help reach shops that couldn’t attend DEMA and to support the global growth of dive travel.

Coconut Dive Manage is an all‑in‑one group trip management platform created by divers, for divers. It streamlines how dive shops plan, promote, and manage group trips — from liveaboards and resort weeks to specialty expeditions — replacing the patchwork of spreadsheets, forms, email threads, and scattered cloud folders.

New Features Inspired by DEMA Conversations

Based on the feedback and demand at DEMA, Coconut Dive Manage has already rolled out and prioritized several new capabilities:

  • Public Trips Page to Help Divers Discover Trips: A new Trips Discovery Page will allow divers to browse and discover upcoming dive trips from member shops, giving operators much‑needed exposure beyond their existing customer lists. A powerful marketing tool at no cost.

  • Social Media & Marketing Academy: DEMA revealed a need: support with marketing and technology, not just trip logistics. In response to an overwhelmingly positive resource session at the show, Coconut Breeze Media is launching an Academy for Dive Shops, focused on social media strategy and content for dive operators, practical tech and tools to run a modern dive business, repeatable systems to promote trips and fill boats more consistently. This Academy is designed to meet dive pros where they are, with actionable training created specifically for the scuba and dive travel industry.

  • QR Codes for Every Trip: Every trip created in Coconut Dive Manage now gets its own unique QR code. Shops can add these to flyers, in‑store signage, presentations, and events—instantly sending divers to a live, always‑up‑to‑date trip page.

  • Diver Profile Subscription (Coming Soon): Coconut Dive Manage is also rolling out a diver profile subscription, giving divers a place to save and “favorite” trips, interact with trip pages, and keep track of future travel ideas in one place. This creates a direct bridge between trip leaders and the divers who are actively looking for their next adventure.

  • Exclusive Directory for Trip‑Friendly Resorts and Destinations: To further support trip leaders and small operators, Coconut Dive Manage is building a private directory that will be available only to platform members. This directory will feature resorts and destinations actively interested in hosting group trips, key details to help shops quickly evaluate and contact potential partners. The goal is to make it easier for dive shops to find new destinations and build long‑term relationships with properties that truly understand the group dive travel business.
